With this plant, Ragn-Sells can offer a recovery solution for phosphorus even from sewage sludge of poorer quality, a solution not available today.

In order to be able to extract the resources that are in our sewer sludge, Ragn-Sells plans to build a facility in Helsingborg based on the Ash2Phos technology, from Ragn-Sells innovation company EasyMining. The technology extracts more than 90 percent of the phosphorus in the sewage sludge after incineration.
