EasyMining
We develop, design and build patented processes for production of clean products from waste
World’s first Ash2Phos plant
EasyMining is building the world’s first full-scale plant for phosphorus recovery using its patented Ash2Phos technology, in Schkopau, Germany, together with utility company Gelsenwasser. The facility is set to begin operations in 2027 and will process 30,000 tonnes of incinerated sewage sludge ash annually.
Phosphorus recovery in Sweden
In Helsingborg, EasyMining is building Sweden’s first Ash2Phos plant, with operations planned to start in 2029. Supported by SEK 51 million from Klimatklivet, the facility will double Europe’s capacity for sustainable phosphorus recovery.
Webinar on recycled phosphorus
7 November | 09:00–10:00
Learn about RevoCaP – a pioneering recycled phosphorus fertiliser approved for organic farming – and get the latest updates on our phosphorus recovery plants in Germany and Sweden.
CLOSING NUTRIENT CYCLES
EasyMining develops and implements sustainable industrial-scale processes that create true circularity. We convert elements from waste into essential nutrients for plant and animal growth.
KEY PROCESSES
Our three key processes include phosphorus recovery from ashes of incinerated sewage sludge (Ash2Phos), removal and recovery of nitrogen from wastewater (Aqua2N), and extraction of salts from fly ash from municipal waste incineration (Ash2Salt).
