Recycled Sand
A sustainable material for construction and industry
Recycled sand is a mineral co-product from EasyMining’s Ash2Phos process. Rich in silica and iron oxide, the fine reddish material offers a sustainable alternative to traditional sand and cement sources.
With an expected annual production of up to 45,000 tonnes per plant (dry solids ~50%), the sand is suitable for a range of sand replacement and cement replacement applications. Its pozzolanic properties meet the EN 450-1 fly ash standard, and it may be classified as a pozzolan under BS 8615-1:2019.
