RevoCaP™ - calcium phosphate
A high-quality recycled phosphorus source
RevoCaP is produced through EasyMining’s patented Ash2Phos technology, enabling efficient phosphorus recovery from incinerated sewage sludge ash.
This high-purity calcium phosphate can be used in multiple applications – as a raw material in fertiliser production, a direct-application slow-release fertiliser, and as a feed phosphate.
RevoCaP fulfils all requirements in the EU fertiliser products regulation 2019/1009, as well as EU Directives 2002/32/EC, 2003/57/EC, and 2006/13/EC for animal feed.
RevoCaP is also approved for organic farming pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2018/848. Member States have submitted a dossier to the commission for the authorization and it is now included in the restrictive list of products and substances under the Regulation (EU) 2021/1165.

World’s first Ash2Phos plant
In partnership with the utilities company Gelsenwasser, EasyMining is constructing the world’s first full-scale Ash2Phos plant in Germany. Scheduled to begin operations in early 2027, the facility will treat 30,000 tonnes of incinerated sewage sludge ash annually.
In addition to producing high-quality phosphorus for calcium phosphate (RevoCaP), the plant will generate valuable co-products – ferric chloride, sodium aluminate, and sand – all essential for applications such as water treatment, construction, and industry.
